What do you do to keep fit?

            I think it is important to get enough sleep.  Every night, I go to bed early.  I sleep about seven hours a night.  I also eat fruits and vegetables every day.  I never drink soda and I never eat candy or junk food.

            Exercise is a great way to keep fit.  I do yoga every morning and I always do fifty push ups.  I live on a mountain, so I sometimes go hiking after I get home from work.  I sometimes play tennis with my neighbor at the tennis courts near my apartment.

    Me : Actually, I seldom exercise and play sports. Instead I run on the way to class or the way to the dormitory.
    Jason : Yeah, something else?
    Me : Uh..... nope.
    Jason : Hmm.. well then what do you think is the most important thing to be in great shape?
    Me : I think exercising regularly is the most because it can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance.

  2. I sometimes feel stiff in the shoulders, side and back of neck. I always stretch them before I sleep. I often stretch muscles of legs. If I strech body before sleep, I sleep very well.
    I think it is important to drink water frequently. Water helps body to circulate blood, digest well and emit impurities. I try to drink much water hard.

  3. I always do push ups before I take a shower. I don't do exercising that is vigorous. I think steady light exercise is very good. Starting tomorrow, I'll run playgound three times a week.

  4. I do health training once a week and I go bowling twice a month when I go to the daejeon. It is very fun. Also I do stretching every morning. It makes me feel good.

  5. I play soccer twice a week and I always do push ups before I sleep. It makes me feel healthier.
    And I do stretching when I feel tired and I drink water frequently.

  7. I play soccer once a week and I sometimes play table-tennis in Sin-gye table-tennis club. I like every exercise and activity! so I`m enough healthy

  8. I think too it is important to get enough sleep. But I couldn't do that. Because I commute to school from Cheong ju. I get up at 6am. That is very tired. I did health in every night. Before commute to school. Now, I don't do health training. Because I'm very tired. But That is just make an excuse. From now on, I will do health training during little minute.

  9. I usually go bowling once a week with my friends in Daejeon. It makes me feel happy and more healthier. And I like to go running in the morning everyday.

  10. When I was child, I was good at swimming, so I usually go swimming in Daejeon. And I play soccer once a week and it makes me healthier.

    I try to sleep eight hours and For regular exercise i play baseball once a week
    Also I make a plan to do health training and I try to eat vegetables, i don't like vegetables,but I am going to change to eating habbits
    If i continue to do this regular life, I can be healthy,right?

  12. I don't do exercise regularly. Swimming is the only exercise that I do. But I go swimming once every two weeks. So I need to start a new exercise.

  13. I like play table tennis, badminton. But nowdays I don't do exercise,.Because I'm busy. So I got weight...
    I am soccor club SHOOT's manager. So I will do exercise with them every Thuesday and Thursday!!

    Actually, I hate exercise. However, I try to walk a lot because I want to make myself healthier. Each time I go to Cheongju, I go hiking with my family.

  15. I think that best way to keep fit is just exercising and having positive mind.
    I like exercise, for example, basketball, tennis, boxing, soccer, weight training, badminton.... so on
    I try to do weight training twice a week and I play tennis once a week.
    I do push up everyday. Also positive thinking is very important to keep fit.
    If thinking is sick, the body get ill. I always try to think positive things.
    Professor! I had written this assingment last week But now that deleted. I don't now why that deleted. Sorry to Proffessor So Now I replay to write assingment. Sorry jason.
